As someone that has suffered and had family that have suffered from Depression, I would like to share a few thoughts of mine.

Depression is one of those things that I don’t want to talk about. I have said very little in past and never really trusted anyone to help me in times of need.

I have to yell out yes I have had problems in the past and yes it something very part of my life.

I have noticed in my own life that my point that I’m Depressed are the point of my life that have had a very bad diet, so believe this is a big part in our body handling depression, the problem is hard to get out as all you want is so called comfort food. This is one of the reasons I have both decide to study Nutrition therapy.

In this blog, I will talk about things I learn as I study with one my interests being Metal health.

Please if you do have Depression do get help and talk about it, yeah know it’s very had to do this
